AI Product Lead

We are seeking an experienced AI Product Lead to define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for innovative AI-driven products. This role will work closely with engineering, AI specialists, and business stakeholders to transform customer needs into scalable, impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered products.

• Conduct customer discovery, user interviews, and market research to identify opportunities and validate product decisions.

• Translate business needs and AI capabilities into product features and requirements.

• Prioritize initiatives and manage the product backlog based on customer value and business impact.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Technology teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Lead product launches and drive alignment across stakeholders.

• Monitor product performance through analytics and data-driven decision making.

• Contribute to building and scaling the product organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading software products in Product Manager, Product Owner, or Product Leadership roles.

• Experience delivering enterprise SaaS or technology solutions.

• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Generative AI products.

• Experience with Agile methodologies, product discovery, roadmap management, and backlog prioritization.

• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication abilities.

• Experience with process automation and digital transformation initiatives.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.

• Experience working with multicultural and distributed teams.
