We’re seeking a skilled Power Apps Developer to join our team and help design, build, and optimize business applications using Microsoft Power Platform. You’ll play a key role in transforming manual processes into automated ones, as well as scalable solutions that drive efficiency and innovation across organizations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business challenges through low-code development, has a strong grasp of Microsoft 365 services, and thrives in collaborative environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)

  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

  • Design and implement data models and workflows using Dataverse, SharePoint, and other data sources

  • Automate business processes using Power Automate and integrate with Microsoft 365 and external systems

  • Test, troubleshoot, and optimize applications to ensure performance and reliability

  • Deploy solutions across environments using best practices for Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)

  • Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements for existing applications

  • Document application architecture, configurations, and user guides

  • Stay up to date with Power Platform updates and contribute to continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience developing business applications with Microsoft Power Apps

  • Strong knowledge of Power Fx formulas, expressions, and UI customization

  • Hands-on experience with Power Automate for workflow automation

  • Solid understanding of Dataverse (Common Data Service), including entity relationships and security roles

  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Dynamics 365

  • Experience integrating with external data sources (SQL Server, REST APIs, Excel)

  • Knowledge of Azure services such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure AD is a plus

  • Experience with version control and CI/CD tools like Git or Azure DevOps

  • Understanding of Power Platform governance, licensing, and environment strategy

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Microsoft certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400) are a plus
