We are looking for an experienced Power Platform professional who wants to grow into the world of AI agents. You will build business solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse, and increasingly extend them with agents built in Copilot Studio. Strong Power Platform skills matter most. We’ll support you in deepening your AI knowledge along the way.
Key Responsibilities
Design and build solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse
Create and maintain agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topics, knowledge sources and actions
Connect agents to business processes through Power Automate flows and connectors
Integrate solutions with Dynamics 365 CE, SharePoint, Teams and Microsoft 365
Run workshops with business stakeholders to identify where agents and automation can add value
Follow good practices for governance, security and ALM (solutions, environments, pipelines)
Test, monitor and improve solutions based on user feedback
Document solutions and support business users and makers
Required Qualifications
4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
Some experience with Copilot Studio, or strong interest in building agents with it
Basic understanding of generative AI concepts (e.g. prompts, knowledge grounding, limitations of AI answers)
Experience with connectors and API integrations
Knowledge of Power Platform security, environments and ALM
Good communication skills and comfort working directly with clients
Fluent English (Portuguese is a plus)
Nice to Have
Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service)
Autonomous agents, multi-agent scenarios or Model Context Protocol (MCP)
Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI or AI Builder
Pro-code skills (C#, TypeScript, Power Fx, PCF)
Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, PL-600, PL-200 or Copilot-related credentials
Experience delivering training or enablement sessions
